Our fish location in Erlangen for decades. The excellent quality of all the dishes on offer, whether Franconian carp, in all its forms of preparation - or catfish, pikeperch, char, trout - everything is very fine. In addition, balanced wines, drinkable beer from a nearby brewery. The homemade potato salad is a highlight. Crunchy, tasty salads such as B. Endive served. The waitresses and the boss are courteous and always friendly. Not to be forgotten are the soups, meat dishes and desserts on offer.

The very best fish that one can only wish for comes on the table. We love this restaurant 👍👍👍

Long-established fish restaurant in Erlangen with very good carp. Friendly staff, the boss serves with. Very clean and well maintained. As a drink there is the proven stork beer from the Steinbach brewery. There is usually space available for spontaneous people too. Highly recommended for carp connoisseurs.

Used to be really nice however service is really unattended and seems not to care. Fish was partly super salty which gave us tummy ache in the night.

For decades I have been driving at least once a year with my family 540 km to Erlangen to enjoy the best carp from the Nettel around. Although I usually only eat potato salad at home and leave it in every restaurant, I order a second serving here. Accordingly, this excellent fish restaurant is always full. Thank you!

A great restaurant, the food is just fantastic, the desserts are definitely worth a sin and the dishes are really great 😊 The staff is very courteous and friendly. I would eat there again anytime. Also the seasonal decoration which was made with a lot of love, I really liked (old and new put together very well) Bravo.

Super tasty, super staff, not expensive, can only be recommended

Unfortunately I have to say that it wasn't such a nice evening. We waited over an hour for the food. Except for a short "sorry", nothing came up. The restaurant was not full so I couldn't understand why it took so long. The food was very greasy and I am well aware that a carp is more of a greasy fish, but it only tasted like fat.

Very tasty nutty carp. You get exactly what you would expect from a Franconian pepper carp. Neither greasy nor muddy. Unfortunately, you have to pay a little more for the higher quality, but it was worth it to me personally. Salad (endive salad) and soup (liver dumpling soup) were also perfect. Gladly again!

Long waiting time, very bad, inattentive and unfriendly service (was in a bad mood and complained about other guests), staff partly without face masks, the food (carp) was nothing special, price-performance ratio not satisfactory. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with this place.

The carp have always been very good, as have other fish dishes. Since the restaurant is always very busy, you should definitely make a reservation. The only drawback is the very warm air in the room for me. So dress accordingly during a visit!

The fish there are really fresh and delicious. You should spend your time to come and try once. You have to wait a while, sometimes you might have to book a table before you come because the restaurant is always full. But it doesn't mater to wait due to the fish are really good. Should try fish is deep fried with peper.

Very good food. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, vibe is cosy and homey. The fish is seasonal and very nicely seasoned and cooked.
